It's been claimed today that One Direction star Liam Payne has splashed out a whopping £5million on what's been described as a "super-mansion" in Surrey, prompting speculation that he's set to settle down with his girlfriend Sophia Smith.
Fans of Liam's will no doubt know that he owns a luxury bachelor pad apartment in London - which was the scene of an horrific accident in which Liam's close friend Andy Samuels suffered dreadful burns - and like his One Direction band mates, he's invested heavily in property to ensure his money is working for him to secure a nest egg for his future.
However, could the fact that he's now invested in a huge and state of the art home be an indication that he's ready to propose to Sophia and even to start a family?
Well quite possibly because the amazing property boasts a wealth of features that are suited to (very wealthy) family living.
The Sun reports that the three-storey property has an all-weather tennis court, an actual cinema, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a 700-bottle wine store and its own ballet studio.
As the newspaper points out, "It's a far cry from the £150,000 three-bed semi in Wolverhampton where he grew up."
However, it seems that one of the features of the property that really appealed to Liam was the state of the art security system that is designed to guarantee the safety and privacy of the home's occupants.
An unnamed source said, "The security is insane. Every part of the house and grounds are in camera isolation zones, many heat and motion monitored."
