The Blacklist season 2 episode nine, the first in more than two months, will air on February 1. A lot of questions were left hanging during the NBC TV series' mid-season finale that aired on December 9. One of which is the revelation that Raymond Reddington (James Spader) has Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold), the husband of Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone), as his confidante. This aspect will be explored once the Blacklist Season 2 resumes. However, fans should not forget that Red has other missions, too.
Next The Blacklist Season 2 episode will not only see major characters deal with their past but also deal with villains who are determined to make sure that they will not have a future. The biggest of which, literally or figuratively, is Ron Perlman's Luther Braxton. Perlman, who was seen in Sons of Anarchy but more known for his role as Hellboy, is one of the new big names to join the NBC TV series.
According to a report by TV Guide.com, Luther Braxton will appear in The Blacklist Season 2 episode nine and all he will bring to the world of Reddington is chaos.
"Perlman will appear as Luther Braxton, a meticulous thief who plans his international heists over the course of several months or years. The ruthless baddie creates great diversions and chaos to get what he wants - that is, until he faces off with Red Reddington."
Aside from Braxton and connivance between Reddington and Tom, the first episode of The Blacklist Season 2 since November will also see Liz get haunted by one mistake Tom committed in the mid-season finale.
"Seriously, Tom being on the loose is the least of her worries. Remember that now-dead harbor master who stumbled upon Liz holding Tom captive? Well, when his wife files a missing persons report, Liz's name will pop up during the investigation. Let's see if she can lie her way out of this one," Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams wrote when asked for The Blacklist Season 2 episode spoiler.
