Law enforcement authorities said Thursday there is no evidence so far that indicates Sage Stallone, Sylvestor Stallone's eldest son, was a drug addict, according to a report.
Sage Moonblood Stallone was found dead last week Friday in his Los Angeles apartment by his housekeeper. Rumors have swirled that it may have been from a drug overdose or a suicide. According to an ABC report, a source familiar with the incident said Stallone weighed a healthy 188 pounds, and wasn't the stick-thin figure of an individual hooked on drugs.
Officials will need another two months to determine what caused the death of Sylvester Stallone's eldest son Sage.The Los Angeles coroner has confirmed pill bottles were recovered from the 36-year-old film-makers's Hollywood home.
Sasha Czak, Sage's mother, believes he may have died from an overdose of pain killers after he underwent an extensive amount of dental surgery. Czak said she had urged him not to have so much dental work carried out in one day. According to the New York Post, Sasha said her son had five teeth extracted two weeks before he was found dead at his Hollywood home last Friday from a suspected drug overdose.
Police have confirmed that a large quantity of empty prescription bottles in Sage's bedroom, "more than 60 gigantic bottles, like the ones in pharmacies," the report said.
According to TMZ report yesterday, law enforcement said detectives found "several little baggies in the bedroom." The white powder will be tested but it is so far believed to be either cocaine or crushed Vicodin.
Meanwhile, his action star father, Sylvester Stallone has hired a private investigator, Scott Ross, to find out what led to the tragic death of his son Sage Moonblood last Friday. Ross, was the lead investigator in the Michael Jackson molestation case and the 2009 battery case involving Chris Brown and Rihanna.
