The Interview Movie Release To Push Through After All; See Here Where You’ll Get To Watch The Controversial Film

| By

After being cancelled for more than a week due to threats from hackers, Sony Pictures has decided to push through The Interview release. On Tuesday, company CEO Michael Lynton released a statement saying they will release the Seth Rogen and James Franco-starrer movie in selected cinemas nationwide. The Interview movie release date was cancelled a week ago after the Sony Hack attack. The perpetrators are identified by US authorities as a group from North Korea.

Lynton said the decision to push for 'The Interview' release is their way of standing up against those who suppress free speech.

"We are continuing our efforts to secure more platforms and more theatres so this movie can reach the largest possible audience."
