Lance Bass finally says bye, bye, bye to single life and hello to the married life! On December 20, he married fiancé, Michael Turchin in L.A.
The 35-year-old former 'N Sync singer said "I do" in a 15-minute ceremony held at the Park Plaza Hotel. The celebrity guest list included Joey Fatone, Backstreet Boys singer AJ McLean, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Lisa Vanderpump, Cheryl Burke, Carmen Elektra and Kris Jenner, who was accompanied by her plus one and boyfriend, Corey Gamble.
When the wedding day was coming up, Bass started and led a countdown on social media through the use of the hashtag #LanceLovesMichael. The day before their big day, he posted a picture online with the caption, "Is this real life?! Can't believe in one more day I get to call this gorgeous man my husband!!!"
On their wedding day, he added a very heartfelt statement, "Today I marry the man of my dreams. He makes me smile; he makes my heart melt; he makes me....me."
The engagement of the Mississippi native and model Turchin was announced last September 2013. The two first met back in 2010 at a birthday party in Palm Springs and kindled their relationship in December 2011.
"Right away, I knew I wanted to get to know him," the singer recently shared in an interview for a wedding magazine. "I was very attracted to him and I thought he was sweet, but I just wasn't sure how interested he was in me. It was a situation where I knew right away that I wanted to be friends with him, but I had no idea it would lead to a romantic relationship."
Bass publicly came out of the closet in July 2006 and this is the first marriage for Bass and Turchin.
You can read more on their special day as their wedding will be featured in a 90-minute E! special in early 2015.
