It might be too much for one to follow everything Marvel's Cinematic Universe is churning out, even more so when they have already announced all their movies lined up until 2020. The demigod's third movie, Thor 3: Ragnarok might be a movie one should not miss, as a lot of significant events have been reported to take place in the brand's third installment. First news, as reported by Air Herald, Thor's world Asgard will be destroyed, his brother Loki dies by his hand.
Other sources report that the mighty Thanos will make an appearance in "Ragnarok" following his debut in "Guradians of The Galaxy". He intends to get all the infinity gems, however, he also needs the Infinity Gauntlet to work and it is kept in Asgard.
Rumors say that this will lead the Avengers facing off with Thanos, most likely in Avengers: Infinity War. Thanos has been reported to be played by "Men In Black III" star Josh Brolin.
Thor 3: Ragnarok is the second to the last movie before Avengers: Infinity War, reported to release in 2018.
Additionally, it is reported that Natalie Portman won't be appearing in the upcoming film. Thor will however have a new love interest, Amora the Enchantress who is best described what Catwoman is to Batman.
Before Thor 3: Ragnarok which releases on July 28, 2017, the hammer-wielding hero will appear in 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron starring Robert Downey Jr. reprising his role as Iron Man along with Chris Evans as Captain America and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Joining them are S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives Black Widow played by Scarlett Johannson and Hawkeye played by Jeremy Renner. Completing the team are fellow agents Nick Fury played by Samuel L. Jackson and Agent Maria Hill played by Cobie Smulders. The Avengers must once again reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a rogue byproduct of Stark Industries, hell bent on destroying the human race.
