We're all aware that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are one couple that won't be strapped for cash this Christmas, but can any parent really justify spending £60,000 on a child that isn't even two yet? Well, it seems West can following claims the rapper has splurged the whopping figure on his daughter's festive gifts.
But while you could probably buy a heap of presents for that price, and a car, and a holiday around the world, and most definitely a pony, the extensive budget has actually only seen the 36-year-old purchase two gifts for little North West -- a tiara, said to be worth £50,000, and a toy car, reportedly worth £10,000.
"He went totally OTT and bought her a diamond crusted tiara, so when she plays dress-up, she'll be a real princess. He's hoping she'll treasure it for all of her childhood years," a source told Heat magazine.
But it's claimed North won't be the only lady lucky enough to be spoiled by Kanye this Christmas, as he's also lined-up some extremely lavish gifts for his wife.
"For Kim, he's got specially commissioned designer clothes, shoes, bags, and jewels, too. Well, actually he asked his stylist to do it," the source added.
But, according to the magazine, Kim, 34, hasn't had such an easy time finding presents for her man.
"Kim can only gift Kanye very limited edition things. She can't walk into a store and buy something, as Kanye will wear or own things that are unique," the insider explained. "She's also got him a chain, which will have an inscription on it 'from' North."
