Sage, 36, was found dead and reports that he was dead for at least three days before his body was discovered, have been dubbed ridiculous by his lawyer, George Braunstein.
In a report by the LAPD, the room was apparently filled with liquor. Sage's lawyer said he never even drank alcohol and those cans found littered around the bedroom were "empty bottles of Dr. Brown's Cream Soda."
Sage Moonblood Stallone was the oldest of Sylvester Stallone's children and appeared with his father in two films. He made his acting debut in 1990's "Rocky V," and also appeared with his father in 1996's "Daylight."
