Sage Stallone's Lawyer: There Was Nothing Wrong in his Life, Denies he was Dead for Days

Sage Moonblood Stallone, the 36-year old son of actor Sylvester Stallone's, was found dead in his Los Angeles home Friday and rumors that he "may have been dead for days" before being discovered are untrue, Stallone's lawyer said Saturday.

Sage Stallone's lawyer, George Braunstein, dismisses the report by TMZ that he was dead for at least three days before being found, and points to the fact that photos of him at home were posted to Stallone's Facebook page only 17 hours before his body was discovered.

According to People, Braunstein said Stallone never smoked cigarettes and consumed candy and soda, the 36-year-old never exhibited any signs of drug use or addiction.

In a report by the LAPD, the room was apparently filled with liquor. Sage's lawyer said he never even drank alcohol and those cans found littered around the bedroom were "empty bottles of Dr. Brown's Cream Soda."

"Sage was a really young, very sensitive, and very talented kid," says Braunstein. "There has been no indication that there was anything wrong in his life."

Sage Moonblood Stallone was the oldest of Sylvester Stallone's children and appeared with his father in two films. He made his acting debut in 1990's "Rocky V," and also appeared with his father in 1996's "Daylight."

"Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone," says a rep for the actor. "His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha. Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man, his loss will be felt forever."

Sage was the elder Stallone's first-born, with his first wife, Sasha Czack.
