Michael Clarke Duncan, the actor well known for his touching role in "The Green Mile," was rushed to the hospital Friday after suffering a heart attack.
Paramedics responded to a 911 call around 2 a.m. and rushed him to the ICU from his house in Woodland Hills in Los Angeles, sources told the Daily News.
"According to doctors, Michael Clarke Duncan suffered a myocardial infarction early this morning. He is now stable and we look forward to his full recovery," publicist Joy Fehily said in a statement.
Duncan's reality TV star girlfriend Omarosa Stallworth found the Duncan, 54, and performed CPR until medics arrived, TMZ reported.
Stallworth, 38, gained fame as the villainous vixen of NBC's "The Apprentice" in 2004. Donald Trump invited her back for a follow-up try on "Celebrity Apprentice," where she sparred with Piers Morgan before getting fired.
Duncan scored an Oscar nomination for "The Green Mile," a supernatural thriller based on a Stephen King novel, and also appeared in "The Scorpion King," ''Armageddon," ''The Whole Nine Yards" and "Sin City."
Duncan most recently appeared in the short-lived Fox series "The Finder" and the Ryan Reynolds superhero flick "Green Lantern."
