Huawei is gearing up to launch another addition to its flagship. The Chinese tech company is said to unveil Huawei Glory 4x and Huawei Honor 6 on December 16, and its release date will immediately follow as it is now available for pre-order at OppoMart for $399.
The said upcoming Huawei Honor 6 Plus will sport a sport a 5.5inch 1080p display, and will be powered by Huawei's octa-core Kirin 930 chipset, clocked at 1.8 GHz and supported by a 3 GB of RAM. It will feature a 32 GB of internal storage and expandable via microSD slot up to 128GB. A 3500 mAh battery will backed the phone.
According to Phone Arena, the Huawei Honor 6 Plus will be its selling point, "two 8 MP BSI cameras at the rear, which will obviously function much like the Duo Camera at the back of the HTC One (M8) . While one of the rear-positioned cameras of the Honor 6 Plus takes care of the image itself, its peer captures depth information, which can be used to re-adjust the focal point afterwards and add some fancy blur effect to the picture."
Digital trends also added, "This has been a go- feature for several manufacturers -including LG and Samsung - to differentiate the cameras over the past year, but only HTC has previously used hardware rather than software to make it work."
Meanwhile, Phone Arena has posted some images on its report. These photos were taken with the Honor 6 Plus, the iPhone 6 Plus and the Galaxy S5. The photo taken from the Honor 6 Plus was incredibly sharp and has a better quality than of the other phoos.
