Along Apple's promotion of payment service, they have officially announced the ability to make purchases through PayPal.
Before, Apple has its payment option only on iTunes and AppStore, but recently, the company finally updated its online stores.
Starting today, customers do have the ability to make purchases via PayPal, after buying Apple products such as but not limited to iPhone, iPad, Mac, Headphones, games, and even toys by choosing the PayPal option when checking out.
PayPal is an American, international digital wallet based e-commerce business that offers a faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, receive money or set up a merchant account.
Furthermore, the company is also promoting PayPal Credit payment methods, while giving customers the option of paying for products over $250 with monthly payments within 18 months with no interest.
Aside from paying through PayPal, Apple also have launched earlier a different kind of purchasing online and in store-Apple Pay.
Apple Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service by Apple Inc.
Through the use of Apple Pay, Apple customers no longer need to provide cash because payment is made easy for them. All they have to do is to put their Apple gadget near the counter, such as iPhone, iPad, and even Apple SmartWatch, to be scanned and provide their payments as it is directed to their credit or debit cards.
Though, as they struggle to fix bugs and incompetency of their new payment method, another competitor on the market is rising, which is called Android Pay.
Android Pay is also an online payment but for Android customers only and is currently available on China. It has the same process with Apple Pay, and has a large number of bank supports, mainly the largest bank on China, the China Union Pay.
