Rumors suggest that the upcoming LG G4 might feature a stylus pen. According to reports filed the LG G Pen patent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and that hinted us that the Korean tech company is on the works with its new flagship that will feature the LG pen.
Meanwhile, Android Authority claims LG has discontinued its plan on the G Pro line, as the upcoming LG G4 steals the spotlight.
As rumors also claims the LG G4 will surely feature a major upgrade of the G3. According to the REM the LG G4 may sport a 5.7 inch HD -IPS +LCD display, a larger internal storage of 32GB or 64Gb, and a higher RAM of at 3GB.
A Qualcomm Snapdragon 801/802/805/808 processor that clocked at 3GHz may keep things run smoothly and will be shipped with the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop.
In contrast to this speculation from by iKnow Today speculated that the LG G4 might feature either a 5.5-inch or even a 5.9-inch display with Super AMOLED screen with 2K or 4K resolution and protected by either sapphire crystal glass or Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
The tech website also added that the G4 is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810.
On the other hand, if this speculation is true that the LG G4 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, it may be launched a little bit delayed.
As a report from IB Times, "Business Korea that the CPU board on the 810 is dealing with overheating problems at various voltage levels, reducing its performance. There's also a drive error and concerns with the chipset's RAM controller - issues that could possibly force Qualcomm to delay production."
Design and Trends also added that we might be seeing another upgrade on its camera.
"LG also unveiled a camera module last month at a Korean electronic shows that offers 20.7 megapixels and updated optical image stabilization tech, which would give the next flagship a major advantage over its predecessor in megapixel count (the G3 packs a 13-megapixel) and improved results in low-light conditions."
