Exactly one more week to go before the much anticipated arrival of the BlackBerry Q20, also known as BlackBerry Classic, but everyone can't seem to wait for the new flagship device of the Canadian phone maker. The brand is also doing a good job teasing their fans and BlackBerry users by releasing a preview of the Classic's app experience and camera features.
Their Editor for the Inside BlackBerry blogs Donny Halliwell, made a video showcasing the Classic device while highlighting some noteworthy features which will be loved by its users for sure. Below are some of the details of the BB Classic as shared by Halliwell:
Unlimited Tabs and Reader Mode
Halliwell mentioned that users don't need to worry about tabs disappearing after they have not accessed it for a while, because the Classic browser can open unlimited tabs! Also, the Reader Mode feature "condenses the information into a simple easy-to-read view" which is a plus especially for those who need to catch up on tons of emails or articles.
3X Faster than BlackBerry Bold 9900
Users can check all the information they need more quickly than ever such as reading the news, checking the score of their favorite team in a game, or even booking an Uber car or a hotel accommodation. Speed is the name of the game for this BlackBerry Classic.
Panorama Mode
"Simply pan left or right and line up the onscreen prompts as you capture the photo. It's perfect for fitting a wider view or landscape in one shot and it's automatically and seamlessly stitched together."
Offline Time Shift Mode
"Time Shift captures a series of photo burst so you can select the perfect moment in time. Offline mode now allows you to edit the photo at a later time so you can keep capturing photos and edit later."
Burst
"If you're trying to capture that perfect moment in time, but you don't know exactly when it will happen - you can use burst mode to capture a number of exposures in a burst. You can then find the perfect shot and discard the rest if you'd like."
Shutter Buttons
The BlackBerry Classic benefits from having a physical keyboard, Classic Navigation keys, and a touchscreen. You can snap a photo using the trackpad, spacebar, mute key or by tapping an icon on the touchscreen."
