The Huawei Glory 4X has leaked once again and its release date is said to be on December 16.
The upcoming flagship from Huawei is would be a tough competitor on the mid-range market. With the flourishing sales of Xiaomi in China, other local manufacturers urges to keep up on the competition.
According to Android Headlines, just a week ago Huawei introduced its new 64-bit Kirin 620 octa-core processor and said to run the upcoming Huawei Glory 4X.
Ahead of its release, the upcoming mid-range phone from the Shenzhen, Guangdong based company is now available for pre-order in China. Huawei Glory 4X release was reported to be on December 16 alongside with the Huawei Glory 6 Plus.
According to Tab Tec, the upcoming Huawei Glory 4X will run be powered by Kirin 620 with eight ARM Cortex A53 cores (power efficient cores) and an ARM Mali 650 MP4 GPU.
It will also a pull of a relatively large screen display at a 5.5-inch 720p display. It will sport a 13MP camera and an 8MP front snapper, and will be backed up by a 3000 mAh battery.
The Huawei Glory 4X will be shipped in Android 4.4 KitKat with the Huawei Emotion user interface.
It's network connectivity include: TD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, and GSM.
"Huawei is not given enough credit in this regard because it has been running 64-but processors all year and only Apple beat the company to the punch with the iPhone 5s. Certainly on Android Huawei was ahead of the curve, using 64-bit architecture before Google's platform could even handle the tech, and also long before chip industry leader Qualcomm," Mobile Burn said in a report as Phone Arena points it out.
On the other news, the 1GB of RAM variant will cost around $130 and $162 for the 2GB of RAM.
