Taylor Swift is "secretly dating" Matt Healy, singer-guitarist with rock band the 1975, Us Weekly reported Wednesday.
The news had many wondering who the musician is and if the latest rumor about the blond performer is true.
The two are reportedly in the early stage of dating. "They're seeing where things go," the insider told the news site. "It's very new and they're having fun."
Swift, 24, reportedly took a break from dating following endless speculation about her love life.
"I was selling out stadiums and it was all people talked about," the "Blank Space" singer told Us Weekly in November. "It broke my heart!" But the singer apparently did not abstain from men for long.
She reportedly met Healy backstage at one of his concerts in Los Angeles after he allegedly sang a song for her.
"Taylor was in the VIP section with Karlie [model Karlie Kloss]. During the concert Matty dedicated 'Falling for You' to her," a source told Hollywood Life. "There were some boos from the audience, but Taylor was giggling like a schoolgirl."
Healy admits to exchanging numbers with Swift. "I met Taylor Swift, that was really nice," he told Australian radio show Shazam Top 20, according to E! News. "Let's see what happens," Healy said. "We exchanged numbers."
When pressed by the DJ if they would become the new "it" couple of Hollywood, Healy admitted he wouldn't be opposed to it.
"She's a sensation, I wouldn't say no," he said.
In the past, Swift dated lothario musician John Mayer, Oscar-nominated actor Jake Gyllenhaal, "Twilight" star Taylor Lautner and One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles, to name a few. Her high-profile relationships have earned her the reputation of a serial dater.
Swift hasn't commented on the alleged relationship publicly, but she did ask "the media" to stop accusing her of dating her friends via Twitter Monday.
