Recently, Microsoft launched its first flagship without the Nokia branding on it. The Lumia 535 dubbed as an 'affordable flagship' for the mass market. Meanwhile, Moto G has been making a great number of sales since its launch and tough competitor of low-cost phones.

Design and Screen
The Lumia 535 with the absence of the Nokia label still carries the Lumia's color hues and plastic casing.
Lumia 535 measures 140.2 x 72.45 x 8.8 mm and weighs 146 gram and carries a qHD display at a 960 x 540 resolution (220 ppi).
The Moto G also sports the same screen size of 5.0inch IPS LCD with the resolutions of 720 x 1280 and pixel density of 294 ppi.
Both screens of these handsets are protected by a Gorilla Corning Glass 3.
Hardware and OS
The Lumia 535 is powered by a a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz and supported by 1GB RAM. It runs on the latest Windows 8.1 and the latest Denim update.
Meanwhile, Moto G (2014) has a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and the same clock speed like the Lumia 535, and runs on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat. Some Moto G can now be updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
IB Times also added that, "Both the devices have an identical Cortex A7 chipset."
Both phones also share the 8GB internal memory and can be expandable up to 32Gb on Moto G, and up to 128GB on the Lumia 535
Camera
The Lumia 535 sports a 5MP autofocus rear camera that comes with LED flash and supports geo-tagging of images. The camera supports shooting 480p videos at 30 frames per second (fps). (via IB Times)
Meanwhile, the Moto G sports an 8MP that features autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, and touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama.
