Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy have pulled the plug on their engagement.
The 35-year-old actress and the Muse front man split after four years together, a rep for Hudson told People magazine.
"Kate and Matt have been separated for some time now," the spokesman said.
"Despite this, they remain very close friends and committed co-parents."
Hudson and Bellamy's last public appearance together was at her mother Goldie Hawn's "Love In For Kids" charity event on Nov. 21.

The two got engaged in April 2011 and share 3-year-old son, Bingham Hawn Bellamy.
"Matt is pretty down-to-earth and happy in England, while Kate is very L.A.-focused," a source close to the couple said in a statement.
"They are leading separate lives. It hasn't been working out the way they planned and they've been trying very hard for the sake of their son."
Hudson was previously married to Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes and the pair, who divorced in 2006, share 10-year-old son, Ryder.
Hudson was asked in early 2014 on "Live! With Kelly and Michael" if she and Bellamy had any future wedding plans.
"No, I'm planning nothing right now," she told the hosts.
"I'm so busy, we've been so busy, and it's been great. I come from an unconventional family. My parents aren't married," Hudson said, referring to Hawn and her longtime love Kurt Russell.
"So there's a part of me that goes, if I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right. And I'm going to take the time to really plan it right ... And it's a lot. Planning a wedding is a lot. I mean, I did a movie about planning a wedding and that was a lot, let alone actually planning a wedding. So, no. Not anytime soon, no."
