Ever tried a diet? Not eating full meals per day just to get into perfect shape? Seems too much? Well not for celebrity singer Katy Perry! The 30-year-old singer revealed that she feels "amazing" with the diet she is currently in.

This actually involves eating five small meals a day from no more than five food groups. This involves hard work and determination and looks like it's paying off for Katy.
An insider revealed to British magazine Closer, "Katy loves her food, and the plan allows her to eat loads. She'll start the day with a ham and egg-white omelette, followed by salmon and dill on crackers. For lunch it's salad, then a soup, then vegetable curry for dinner. She's allowed a sweet treat if she fancies, and usually has a small ice cream or some chocolate raisins."
The insider continued, "She's still a [UK] size 8 but feels smaller around her waist and thighs, and feels amazing."
It's thought that Perry is trying her best to slim down since she was recently announced as the headline act for February's Super Bowl halftime show. The source added, "Katy is feeling the pressure and knows how many eyes will be on her. So alongside her diet and doing energetic performances on tour most nights, she's been working out five times a week, doing a mix of circuit and resistance training."
