| By

Juan Manuel Marquez has been one of those who are pulling for the Manny Pacquiao Floyd Mayweather fight to be realized. For him, it has to happen for the fans of the sport. However, there is one thing that he does not want to keep going aside from the intensified talks between two parties. He wants the undefeated American fighter to stop taunting his Filipino rival on social media.

"Floyd should stop posting videos and photos of me knocking out Manny," Marquez told ESPN Deportes when asked about the highly publicized talks about the elusive Manny Pacquiao Floyd Mayweather fight.

"He (Mayweather) should fight him first, prove he is the best not just talk but beat the man considered the best pound-for-pound [fighter] for years, Manny Pacquiao.

"Only then can he post whatever he wants," Marquez said.

Last month, days after Pacquiao defeated Chris Algieri in Macau, China, Floyd posted a video of the popular Pacquiao knock out at the hands of Marquez. This post irked many fans of Pacquiao who responded that Floyd rhymes with avoid. Fans call for Manny Pacquiao Floyd Mayweather fight just intensified.

According to reports, Manny Pacquiao Floyd Mayweather fight is just finishing up small details before getting the green light. A source close to Floyd Jr. said that he is eager to fight Pacquiao.

"Floyd wants to fight him real bad. Floyd, that's all he talks about is fighting Manny Pacquiao," said Sam Watson told in an interview with Fight Hype. Watson is the right-hand man to Mayweather's adviser, Al Haymon.

"So once the deal is set and done, you'll see the biggest fight you ever saw in your life. I believe there's going to be two fights."

Top Rank CEO Bob Arum also said back in November that all they need is a phone call from Floyd to make the Manny Pacquiao Floyd Mayweather Fight happen.

"To answer the telephone. Simple as that," said Arum according to ESPN. "I think that fight should happen. I think the boxing fans deserve that fight. if boxing is to be considered a major sport, the fight has to happen and all the nonsense has to cease.
