Singing actress Emmy Rossum is currently is giving her diet a break over the upcoming joyous holidays.
The 28-year-old Shameless actress was known to take her clothes off on the US television hit series. While the actress has to be careful of her weight and watch what she eats ahead of her racy scenes, she recently revealed that she is planning to be free of her diet for the holidays.
According to Emmy, "I know that when I eat poorly my performance at work is not as good, so I try to be healthy." She continued to tell E! News, "But during the holiday season, you need to go easy on yourself a little bit."
And Emmy replied on the question from the media about how she feels about showing off her body to the camera, "They're just boobs!"
The actress also shared that her inspiration for her diet is from the widely renowned beauty and supermodel Cindy Crawford. And on the upcoming holiday season, she said she would let go because she thinks that it is something really important in life. She continued, "I read somewhere that Cindy Crawford, who I think is so beautiful, said, 'Be 80% good 80% of the time,' So I think that's kind of the motto, life is too short not to eat the cookie and not eat the cake but at the same time health is super important too."
Emmy also talked about her new upcoming film Comet, where she stars alongside Justin Long in the story about a two people who fall in love in a parallel universe. The actress generously shared, "They meet during a meteor shower at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and he's kind of a jaded, doesn't believe in love, a little bit narcissistic... and she is this kind of idealist, believes in love, so they agree to date to prove each other wrong."
