US comedian Bill Cosby has been sued by another woman who claims that he molested her when she was 15 years old.
Judy Huth, now 55, alleges in her lawsuit filed here Tuesday that the comedian assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 after they met on a movie set, reports variety.com.
According to the suit, Huth and a friend accepted Cosby's invitation to meet him at a tennis club a week later, where he insisted that they consume alcoholic beverages every time he won a game of pool. He then allegedly took the girls to the Playboy Mansion, where Cosby "proceeded to sexually molest (Huth) by attempting to put his hand down her pants, then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.
Huth is suing Cosby for "severe and extreme emotional distress" and is seeking punitive damages.
Her case against Cosby is the latest in a string of sexual assault allegations against the 77-year-old, whose lawyer has vehemently denied the charges.
"Over and over again, we have refuted these new unsubstantiated stories with documentary evidence, only to have a new uncorroborated story crop up out of the woodwork," attorney Martin Singer said. "When will it end? It is long past time for this media vilification of Mr. Cosby to stop," he added.
Bill Cosby had cancelled a lot of his stand up live shows because of the attacks against him.
Also, networks cancelled Cosby's upcoming tv shows and specials.
Recently, he resigned from the University of Michigan Board.
