While the release date for the highly anticipated survival horror video game "Dying Light" can't come any sooner, a 15-minute gameplay has been released online, revealing the impeccable design and gameplay that boasts of pure action and challenging missions.
Created by the geniuses behind the original "Dead Island", "Dying Light" is soon to be launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows by its January 27, 2015 release date. Techland brings another action-adventure first-person shooter game that is among the most highly anticipated survival games of 2015.
Recently, a 15-minute gameplay of "Dying Light" surfaced online, revealing the action-filled adventure that is "Dying Light". The 15-minute video uploaded by IGN demonstrates the straight-up action sequences, without providing too much spoilers of the "Dying Light" story.
In the gameplay sequence, the main character is ushered into a world of zombie apocalypse where he is to accomplish missions from a group of survivors setting up camp in the nearby vicinity. As the main player, you are introduced to a scientist named Dr. Zere and a few tidbits of the story is revealed, including an ongoing experiment that involves experiments and his plan of finally providing a cure for the infected.
This video gameplay of "Dying Light" establishes the movement and feel of the game, exposing the location where the missions will occur. An example of the mission is rigging the traps throughout the safe area, including setting up the camp with protective light before sundown to repel zombie attacks at nighttime.
According to IGN, this particular 15-minute "Dying Light" gameplay trailer makes sure that "you'll get a sense of the game's scope, its free-running mechanics, and the sense of panic that comes when the sun begins to set," prior to the release date.
