While the release date of the Wii U exclusive game "Devil's Third" remains on a solid yet vague 2015, production details have been revealed online by no less than creator Tomonobu Itagaki of Valhalla Game Studios.
"Devil's Third" is being developed by Tomonobu Itagaki of Valhalla Game Studios exclusively for Nintendo Wii U and is among the most highly anticipated video games of 2015. While the release date remains vague but solid for next year, rumors point towards an early, possibly Q1 2015 release date for "Devil's Third" gauging from the steady production and developments. However, this specific Q1 2015 release date remains a speculation as both Valhalla and Nintendo have TBA statuses for the "Devil's Third" release date.
The most recent updates available on the development of "Devil's Third" were posted in Itagaki's Facebook page, and has been translated for mass consumption by Gematsu. In the update, Itagaki reveals that "Devil's Third" remains to be "a strong fusion between action games and shooters".
This feature further strengthens the feature of "Devil's Third" as being a hybrid "third-person hack and slash" and at the same time "first-person shooter" video game-making it among the most awaited action games for 2015 worldwide.
Also in the update on "Devil's Third" development, Itagaki shares that indeed the video game will be released this coming year, as "development is going smoothly" and that "Nintendo has already announced this in their press release."
Updates on "Devil's Third" gameplay included in the post and translation also reveal that "The scare of 'Devil's Third's' story mode is greater than that of 'Ninja Gaiden'" and that "'Devil's Third' demolishes the standard of past console games in online multiplayer."
While this statement may be big in terms of online multiplayer gaming, it is not until the actual release of "Devil's Third" that gamers will be able to experience a different new level of online gaming, as promised by Itagaki and his team.
