Microsoft May Change Its Headquarters In Redmond To More Sophisticated And Interesting

A group of engineers are encouraging the world's leading technology company, Microsoft, to make its headquarters area more sophisticated and interesting.

If this proposal is implemented in the United States which covers the area of 500 acres in Redmond, Washington, then the organization's overall costs will also be reduced by the cost of fuel.

Recently, the materials which used in various office departments like tables, chairs, doors and windows are being attached with internet to data collection process in some companies. However, Microsoft's group of expert engineers are developing a software process, rather than using this process. They are claiming to be able to reduce the cost of running 125 campus buildings of Microsoft.

The software which is able to save millions of dollars is attracting Microsoft's various partners around the world. Approximately 40 percent of the total fuels cost of world used in the management of commercial buildings. This amount is undoubtedly much higher.

Microsoft's Director of Facilities and Energy, Darrell Smith is regularly attending in various meetings all over the company's 500-acre with trees covered from one end to the another. His plan is to become the world's most smart corporate campus with 41664 employees. He has been working along with his partners for more than three years to updating technologies used is network of sensors from different eras.

The software that he and his team built strings together thousands of building sensors that track things like heaters, air conditioners, fans, and lights - harvesting billions of data points per week.

Smith said, "Give me a little data and I'll tell you a little. Give me a lot of data and I'll save the world."

Joining Microsoft in December of 2008, Smith received such technical assistance that hasn't before. As a result he had the opportunity to implement his thought on making the buildings ultramodern
