The OnePlus One sports a 5.5-inch LTPS LCD capacitive touch screen with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. It has the dimensions of 152.9 x 75.9 x 8.9 mm, and weighs at 162g.
Hardware and OS
In terms of its processor they share almost the same processor, but the Nexus 6 has the advantage in terms of Android OS as it runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop.
OnePlus One is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 processor and supported by a 3GB of RAM. It offers a 16GB and 64GB of internal storage and does not supported external memory expansion.
While, the Nexus 6 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with a high CPU speed that can be close to 2.5GHz, and the first Android smartphone to run on Android L; and supported by a 3GB of RAM. It offers a 32GB and 64GB of internal storage and expandable external memory of up to 128GB via a microSD.
Camera
Google Nexus 6 camera is a major upgrade compared to its predecessor. It sports a 13MP rear camera, and 2.1MP front snapper. It also features dual LED flash, image stabilisation and a 4k video recording like the Samsung Galaxy S5.
On the other hand, the OnePlus One also sports the same megapixels on its rear camera with pixel resolution of 4128 x 3096 pixels, and a 5MP front snapper.
Battery
The Nexus 6 has a 3220 mAh battery which can keep on going for up to 330 hours of standby or 24 hours of talk time, as reports claim.
Meanwhile, OnePlus One has a 3100 mAh battery capacity, but battery usage is not specified.
