Seems like Christmas is a very hectic season - especially for a parent. Celebrity mom and Dawson's Creek alum Katie Holmes has been feeling anxious of the coming holiday season because her daughter Suri's very detailed wish list.
Looks like Holmes is playing a much pressured Santa for her little one. On Monday, November 24, Holmes appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and revealed a bit about her daughter's wish for Christmas. The 35-year-old brunette said, "We are getting ready for Christmas in my house. My daughter's 8 years old, and she already has her Christmas list ready. It's written out. She's very organized."
Apparently, the daughter of Holmes' ex-husband, Mission Impossible actor Tom Cruise, is very meticulous when it comes to what she wants. "I start to, like, get a little bit of a panic because you cannot screw up talking to Santa. You cannot miss any item on that list, because if you screw that up, that's years and years of hearing about it, and then probably therapy."
Holmes began dating actor Tom Cruise and got engaged in June 2005. On November 2006, Holmes and Cruise were married in a Scientology ceremony in Italy. In April 2006, Holmes gave birth to her daughter Suri.
The mother of one continued, "She's practical, she's just very specific. Like, 'I want a puppy, and then I want a pink collar that has sparkles on it that says the puppy's name. Then I want shoes for the dog...Then I want a purple clip.' Like, it's all very detailed."
The funny DeGeneres then replied a hilarious comment about it. She suggested a gift that you can give to kids instead of giving what's on their wish list. She said, "You know what children love is my holiday CD. Children love it. It's the only holiday album you'll ever need, volume one."
