HTC has recently added a mid-range phone to its HTC Desire family, the HTC Desire 510. The Taiwan-based tech giant as reported, wants to dominate the mid-range market with its new line of competitive Desire phone. As we can note the Desire 820 was the first mid-range phone to carry a 64-bit processor.
As we can recall the HTC Desire family has made a great number of sales since it was launched in 2010. According to reports, "Many of the UK mobile networks were unable to keep up with demand; Virgin Mobile UK, Vodafone UK, 3, T-Mobile UK and Orange UK experienced very high demand."
Meanwhile, it is reported that the HTC Desire 820s received an approximate of 1.26million of pre-orders online, and its availability is still in China.

Design
HTC finally revamped its design on its Desire phones, following the HTC One M8 aluminun unibody design. The HTC Desire 510 boasts a 4.7-inch display with 854-by-480-pixel TFT LCD, a low-resolution compared to its siblings.
Performance
HTC's new mid-range flagships were the few Android phones that features a 64-bit chipset. The HTC Desire 510 is powered by Snapdragon 410 from Qualcomm for the EU model. The phone is supported by a 1GB RAM and an 8GB internal memory and expandable via microSD up to 64GB. In addition, a 4GB version is only available in the US.
Camera
HTC is known for its decent cameras but the 5MP is a bit disappointment and those selfie lover won't like the VGA snapper.
Price
The HTC Desire 510 is available off contract at $250. In comparison, the Desire 510 is not as promising like the its siblings. Though it boasts a 64-bit processor it still lacks decent features such as low-resolution screen display.
