The Power Rangers Movie 2016 is much anticipated by fans and spectators alike, there have been numerous rumors surrounding the film, especially as to who will be the cast members. The trailer is rumored to be released by next year, and only then can we clarify whether the rumored cast members are indeed part of the film.
The Hunger Games star, Liam Hemsworth, has been rumored to confirm to playing red ranger in the upcoming movie, but no official statement from the actor has been released yet.

Another Power Rangers Movie 2016 news also includes another excerpt from the same article, this time referring to the other cast members:
"MTV News said that Chloe Grace Moretz confirmed that she will be Kimberly Hart also known as the Pink Ranger while ComicBookMovie.com posted that Liam Neeson will have the part of Zordon.
Other actors who are rumored to be part of the movie include Taylor Lautner,Jack Gleeson, Michael B. Jordan, Jamie Chung and Roshon Feegan. It is also speculated that Meryll Streep will play as the villain Rita Repulsa. No confirmation has been made yet regarding the final cast of the movie. But, Jason David Frank, who originally played as the Green Ranger confirmed to ComicBook.com that he will have a cameo role in the forthcoming Power Rangers movie. 'I probably will be involved. They talked to me about it. I don't know how much I am involved, but for sure cameos at least in the reboot movie.'"
As for the release date, the upcoming movie will be released on July 22, 2016; two years after the rumored initial goal date of release which is in the year 2014.
