Friday Night Lights Reunion With Taylor Kitsch And Connie Britton

| By

Another Friday Night Lights reunion? Seems the fans and the stars themselves can't get enough of each other.

The former television series co-stars Connie Britton and the amazingly hot Taylor Kitsch had brought back Dillon, Texas memories! The stars reunited at the African Children's Choir Changemakers Gala in New York City on Thursday, November 20.

The 47-year-old American Horror Story and Nashville actress was enchantingly glowing in a long-sleeved black sweater dress and topped it off with a gold "Y" necklace. Why the letter Y? We think it might be an endearment to her 2-year-old son Yoby. The 33-year-old John Carter actor, Kitsch, on the other hand, had briefly joined his former co-star Britton on the red carpet for photos, donning a black suit and slim tie.

Once the pair was inside the event, the stars took a selfie with the director of the African Children's Choir, Julia Barnett Tracy. Britton immediately posted it on Twitter and captioned, "With Taylor Kitsch and our beautiful friend @actingandafrica celebrating @acchoir last night #ACCNY2014 #polaroid."

Just last month at the GQ x Lacoste Sport Pop Up event in New York City, Kitsch talked to Us Weekly about the fan-favorite sports drama that aired eight years ago and says, "It really does feel like forever ago." The actor also admitted that he still keeps in touch with his previous co-stars in the series. According to the young Canadian actor, "Derek Phillips is still one of my close friends. He played my brother. Kyle [Chandler], of course. We're still really close. [Jesse] Plemons, [Scott] Porter. A lot of those guys. I haven't seen Porter since his wedding, but Derek and I ride motorcycles all the time together, so I see Derek a lot. I hang out with Peter Berg. He's one of my best friends and we have done three movies together since."

Britton and Kitsch played the characters of guidance counselor Tami Taylor and football player Tim Riggins respectively. Friday Night Lights aired from 2006 to 2011, a total of eight seasons.
