Now that the Nokia N1 now official. It's a big threat to Google Nexus 9, the first to run on Android 5.0 Lollipop update. The Nokia N1 is expected to be launched February 2015 in China followed by the release in other regions.

Design and Display
The N1 boasts an aluminum body with a satin finish and carries a resemblance with Apple's iPad. Its dimensions are 200.7 x 138.6 x 6.9 mm and weighs 318g.
Meanwhile, the Nexus 9 has a larger screen size at 8.9inch compared to N1's 7.9inch. Its dimensions stand at 228.2 x 153.7 x 7.9 mm and weighs 425g.
Both tablets features the same resolution at 2048 x 1536 pixels and a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The N1 has a higher pixel density because of its smaller screen at 324ppi and 287ppi on the Nexus 9.
Camera
The Nokia N1 goes ahead of the Nexus 9 in terms of imaging. It gets an 8MP snapper at the rear and a 5MP snapper at the front whereas the latter gets an 8MP camera at the rear and a 1.6MP camera up front.
Hardware and OS
The Nexus 9 is powered by 2.3 GHz quad core 64-bit Nvidia Tegra K1 makes it hard to beat in terms of power.
In comparison, the N1 is powered by a 2.3GHz quad core Intel Atom Z3580 chipset.
Both tablets originally run on Android 5.0 Lollippop and supported by by 2GB of RAM. The Nexus 9 offers 16GB or 32GB of storage while the other only offers a 32GB of internal storage and they do not support a microSD expansion.
Price
The Nokia N1 was announced with a price of $249 and the Nexus 9 is on sale for $399 (16GB Wi-Fi), $479 (32GB Wi-Fi) and $599 (32GB LTE).
