The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 supported by a 3GB of RAM and Adreno 300 GPU. It originally runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and upgraded to Android Kitkat 4.4 and Samsung's proprietary TouchWiz user interface and software..

While the Samsung Galaxy Grand 23 has 8MP rear shooter capable for Full HD video recording at 1920×1080p at 30 frames per second and a 1.9MP on the front camera.
