This pertaining to her cream colored dress dropping a bit low, exposing a little bit too much. The almost disastrous wardrobe malfunction that led to nip slip occurred while Kristen Stewart was front and center with "Still Alice" co-star Julianne Moore.

Although Kristen Stewart may have not noticed, of course buzz online erupted as the "Still Alice" star had her ex, "Twilight" co-star Robert Pattinson among the audience members. While news of Robert Pattinson arriving in the event with a new do, perhaps Kristen Stewart may have outdone him this time with the nip slip news.

Meanwhile apart from the waldrobe malfunction leading to nip slip news that Kristen Stewart is headlining, she is also promoting her upcoming movie which co-stars Julian Moore, titled "Still Alice."

"Still Alice" is a story about "Alice Howland, happily married with three grown children, is a renowned linguistics professor who starts to forget words. When she received a devastating diagnosis, Alice and her family find their bonds tested," reads the IMDB synopsis.

Julianne Moore portrays the titular character Dr. Alice Howland, with Kristen Stewart as Lydia Howland, with Kate Bosworth, Alec Baldwin, Hunter Parrish, Victoria Cartagena, and Erin Darke, directed by Richard Glatzer and Wash Westmoreland.

Kristen Stewart news reveals the actress talking about her "Still Alice" co-star Julianne Moore in an interview with E! News saying: "Everyone always says that you want to work with people that you truly have a connection with, but it doesn't always happen. That's the kind of stuff that I really go after when I know that I could play her daughter because it's not a stretch. It's something that is so very much in us. The story is powerful and sad and scary, so I was very comfortable jumping into that with her."
