Lindsay Lohan News: Actress ‘Homesick’ In London, Wants To Go Back To New York City After 'Speed The Plow'?

| By

Lindsay Lohan news reported that the actress is getting homesick in London, where she has been staying for her West End project "Speed The Plow". According to a report from Radar Online, a source revealed that the former party girl wants to go back to New York City when the David Mamet production ends.

The insider revealed Lindsay Lohan news: "She never intended on staying in London forever... She does love it there and has made some great friends in London, but NYC will always be her home."

The source continued: "Lindsay is just homesick right now and she wants to be around her family and close friends."

The former controversial actress is supposedly already looking around for a place strategically located in downtown Manhattan. "But she has not purchased anything yet," the source added.

Aside from working on "Speed The Plow", earlier Lindsay Lohan news reported how the former party girl decided to leave New York City to turn away from partying.

A source told Radar Online that Lindsay Lohan is "doing really good right now", so it may not be likely for her to return to her wild ways. "She has a strong support system around her over there just as she does here," the insider said.

"It seems like the old Lindsay is back and we are all really proud of her," the source added.

Lindsay Lohan news about returning to New York City could be related to the decision of Los Angeles Supreme Court Judge James R. Dabney to lift the probation from her case three years ago.

According to previous Lindsay Lohan news reported by Daily Mail, it was 2011 when the former "Mean Girls" lead star allegedly took a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California store. Lindsay Lohan pleaded no contest to the said case.

Represented by her lawyer Shawn Holley as Los Angeles last week, Lindsay Lohan's probation was lifted by the judge based on positive feedback from her counsellor.

Good reports were also sent by Lindsay Lohan's agency in London, where the former child star works with needy people as part of her 240-hour community service. She has since completed 102 hours of community service, said Daily Mail.
