Jamie-Lynn Sigler's Brother Passes Away Due To Brain Hemorrhage

We extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to Jamie-Lynn Sigler's older brother, Adam Sigler. He died on Wednesday, November 12, after suffering a brain hemorrhage. Late Thursday, November 13, a representative for the Sigler family had released a statement to Us Weekly about the sad event and paid tribute to the Meadow Soprano actress' late sibling.

According to their family's rep, "Words cannot express how deeply saddened we are by the sudden loss of Adam Sigler. He brought love and joy to everyone around him, especially his family, who were by his side when he passed. Adam will continue to be a source of strength and inspiration. We ask that the family's privacy be respected during this time."

Sources who were close to the 33-year-old actress, 33 had also told the media that Adam was in a coma when he died last Wednesday. In the last few hours leading up to his untimely demise, he was given much love and support as "the family was with him every second," an insider revealed.

"Adam was always so happy and inspired Jamie to be a better person every day," the source continued. "She loved him dearly and will miss him more than anyone can ever imagine."

Another insider said that Adam's hemorrhage came out of nowhere, and there were no previous signs or symptoms of a predisposed health condition. Sigler had changed her picture in her Facebook profile to the one with her oldest sibling a day before he died. Adam remained in a coma at that time. Friends of the Sopranos star had shown their support as they commented on the photo, sending get well soon wishes to the Sigler family during their time of need.

According to the source, Adam was engaged to Danielle Prio, his fiancée. The source added, "He was such a funny, amazing man. He was an incredible uncle who was loved by all his friends and family. He will be greatly missed."
