"Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children" is a novel by Ransom Riggs that focuses on the life of teenager Jason Portman who is in for an adventure following the death of his grandfather. He uncovers his grandfathers past, including his connection to the crumbling remains of what was once known as Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.
