The past weeks were such a treat for Chicago fans as the cast and crew of the most-anticipated DC movie Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice were all there for filming. We have seen many adorable pics of fans posing with Superman Henry Cavill and Batman Ben Affleck, as well as amateur videos showing the actual filming of the said movie.
Several pictures of Clark Kent Cavill on a harness and Lois Lane Amy Adams also made rounds on the internet last week. The hunk actor looked like a real superhero with his suit on as he was being filmed flying. When interviewed by the Chicago Tribune on being suspended from the harness, he mentioned, "It was very difficult work. It was very physically demanding. You can't just sit in the harness and expect it to do all the work. You're not going to look like you're flying. You have to pay attention to what your feet and legs are doing. It's like dancing."
The team has only a few days left in Chicago after which they will now head to New Mexico for the last leg of their shoot. But reports said that Cavill has already left Chicago as he was done filming his part, and no confirmation has been given if he will be filming in New Mexico.
The Man of Steel movie sequel also stars Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), and Jesse Eisenberg as the supervillain Lex Luthor. There has also been rumors of the Hunger Games:Catching Fire star Jena Malone joining the casts as Carrie Kelly, the female Robin. Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice is slated to hit theaters by March 25,2016. But before that, we will see Cavill in another Warner Bros. Film "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." scheduled on August 14,2015.
