La Madeleine is gearing up this holiday season with handcrafted sandwiches, entrees, sides and desserts made from scratch using classic French techniques.
The brand is sharing its French roots with handcrafted holiday seasonal menu.
"Gearing up for the holidays at la Madeleine is always a busy time. When we took a second to count, we realized that we have 18 handmade holiday recipes. We bring back many of these recipes each year, but allow ourselves the fun of creating a little something new like our White Chocolate Raspberry Cake." said Susan Dederen, vice president of culinary for la Madeleine Country French Café.
"Holidays are the best time of the year for sharing an authentic country French meal with your friends and family around our fireplace," Dederen added.
La Madeleine's welcomes back their well-loved classics, the Turkey Cranberry Melt and the divine Turkey Cranberry Risotto.
Bursting with freshness and an array of flavors, the Turkey Cranberry Melt features oven-roasted turkey, cranberry-orange chutney and provolone cheese homemade cranberry-apple stuffing, stuffed on a warm cranberry orange ciabatta roll. It includes the choice of salt and pepper chips, Caesar salad or tomato basil pesto pasta.
The Turkey Cranberry Rissotto features oven-roasted turkey, creamy Parmesan risotto and cranberries topped with fresh tomato, green onions and more Parmesan to make the dish as scrumptious as ever. On top of that, the dish comes with a warm, freshly-baked sourdough breadstick.
For guests with an insatiable appetite for the tastes of Thanksgiving, the Holiday Feast for One features slices of tender oven-roasted turkey with creamy wild mushroom sauce with sautéed green beans almondine, homemade cranberry-apple stuffing and orange cranberry chutney.
