NBC and Tim Kring will be rebooting the four-season superhero series, 'Heroes,' for a 13-episode miniseries next year. Avid fans instantly became excited to see Peter Petrelli, Claire Bennet, Zachary Quinto and Masi Oka in one screen again.
Unfortunately, Milo Ventimiglia (who played Peter Petrelli), Hayden Panettiere (who played Claire Bennet), Zachary Quinto (who played Sylar) and Ali Larter (who played Nikki Sanders) chose not to portray their respective roles again.
The only one to join the 'Heroes Reborn' cast list from the original series is Claire's father, Noah.
Jack Coleman will be reprising his role as HRG, a.k.a. Horn-Rimmed Glasses, a.ka. Noah Bennet. He is well-known for being an overprotective father for his cheerleader daughter.
Reports say that the remake will have an entirely new set of people discovering their powers.
There might be a fresh line-up of characters for the new show but fans can still wish for any of the original characters to make a cameo!
