Wow! Seems an ex in happy to let go of his past and move on to the future. Sofia Vergara's ex-fiancé Nick Loeb had revealed to Us Weekly recently that he approves of Vergara's new relationship with Magic Mike actor, Joe Manganiello.
The 39-year-old American businessman told Us that "If it makes them very happy that's great,"oberat the Blacks' Annual Gala in Miami Beach a week ago.
Nicholas Mears "Nick" Loeb is the son of John Langeloth Loeb, Jr. and the heir of the Lehman clan (founders of Lehman Brothers) and the Loeb clan (founders of brokerage firm Loel Rhoades & Co.)
Loeb was earlier wed to Swedish model Anna Pettersson but their marriage eventually ended up on a divorce. After his failed marriage, Loeb was engaged to the 42-year-old Modern Family actress, Sofia Vergara, on July 2012. Last May 2014, Vergara had announced to the public that the engagement had been called off.
The surprising comment and revelation came just days after Loeb and Vergara had a very awkward moment at the Angel Ball in New York City last October 20. A witness had told Us that Loeb surprised Vergara and was even heard saying, "I didn't know you were going to be here, Miss me?" The Crunchy Condiment Company's founder had tried to keep it friendly with his ex-fiancé but the whole situation just looked weird.
However, during the entire time at the red carpet event, both still kept their distance from one another. According to a source, "Nick wasn't seated very close to [her], but he still had to pass Sofia's table to get to his seat. He kept a wide berth between himself and her table."
In July 2014, news broke out that Vergara was dating the 37-year-old True Blood actor, Joe Manganiello. Last month, during an interview with Live! With Kelly and Michael, the Chef star told the public that Manganiello was "very hot". The Columbian actress continued, "He's a great guy. He's very funny, and he's very entertaining, which is very important for me, because I need to be with somebody who knows how to have fun, because I like to have fun."
