Rapper French Montana has opened up exclusively to Us Weekly about his split with Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, Khloe Kardashian.
The 29-year-old rapper admitted that he was still carrying a torch for the Kardashian sister at Power 105.1's Powerhouse 2014 in New York City last Thursday, October 30.
Just last month, news came out that the couple had broken up after eight months of dating. This week, 30-year-old Kardashian told Us that the duo is still friendly after the break-up, saying, "There's no bad blood or anything."
According to Montana on his previous relationship with Khloe, "Our relationship - you break up you make up, you break up you make up. We went through that a couple times. You never know."
Montana continued, "She's my baby forever. She's good. She's the best. There's no bad blood with her. I love how she is. She inspires me as a person. I'm sure I inspire her in many different ways. We just have that special relationship. Right now we're in a special zone... She's a beautiful person. I don't think a lot of people know how beautiful she is."
French Montana, whose real name is Karin Khatbouch, is an American rapper who was born in Morocco. French is the founder and CEO of Cocaine City Records. In 201e, Montana released his debut album Excuse My French.
French also gave a hint that he and Khloe may already have privately reconciled. "You never know, we might be together," French said. "We might not. It's a great thing to keep it in the air." French was Kardashian's first serious relationship since she filed for divorce from NBA basketball player Lamar Odom.
On December 2013, Kardashian filed a divorce from Odom, four years after they got married.
Montana on the other hand, married Deen Kharbouch and have a son, Kruz, born in 2009. The couple later separated in 2012.
