The 47-year-old Australian actress and country music singer Keith Urban surely knows how to be romantic in this day and age. The Batman Forever actress revealed the couple's romantic relationship on the Ellen DeGeneres Show last Thursday, October 30. She said that she and her husband still write love letters to each other when they can't be in each other's arms.
When asked about her husband's letters, the Cold Mountain actress said, "He doesn't write them every single day. When we're apart, we do that, yeah. I have to say, I love saying this because he should be just adored."
The actress had always been open and vocal about the couple's loving relationship. "He has been so good to me, you know, for nine years, but for the last month, which has been a really tough time for me," Kidman disclosed, pertaining to the passing of her father, Dr. Antony Kidman, last September. "I recently lost my father, and to have my husband just step up in that way, it makes me cry. He's amazing... We all go through terrible things at different times in our lives, but to be literally carried by your partner, physically at times 'cause I was so devastated, it's just like, I'll do anything for that man."
Kidman has been married twice: previously to actor Tom Cruise and currently to country singer Keith Urban, She has an adopted son and daughter with Cruise and two biological daughters with Urban.
Kidman met Urban in an event in 2005 and married on June 2006. In the years since they were married, they have welcomed two daughters, Sunday Rose, 6, and Faith Margaret, 3.
