Ever dated and broken up with someone who's really rich, successful and famous? Well, Casper Smart did! And now he's being labeled as J.Lo's ex.
Casper Smart, J.Lo's former boyfriend had opened up to Entertainment Tonight about how he felt on being labeled as the famous singer's ex.
According to Smart, "It's hard being looked at like, 'You only had that job because you were the boyfriend,'" Smart was formerly a choreographer and he talked about his career saying' "Before Jennifer, I did a lot of stuff with other big artists [too]."
Smart and Lopez broke up a few months ago after dating for two and a half years. At the time of the split, a source confirmed to Us that, "It wasn't an easy decision, but they decided to stay friends...Their relationship couldn't work with the distance. He started trying to establish his own life and career, and she is so focused on hers, and they just couldn't be all about each other anymore."
Smart had recently worked with singer Ariana Grande for her upcoming music video Love Me Harder. He is also choreographing rapper and singer-songwriter Nicki Minaj's upcoming tour.
But Smart also respect for the 45-year-old Lopez. Smart revealed to Entertainment Tonight that both are still good friends. He added, "I love her and the kids and they're incredible."
Jennifer Lopez is known for being her singing and acting skills. Her career rose when she played the leading role in Selena in 1997. In 1999, she started in the music industry. In 2011, she simultaneously released her film The Wedding Planner and her second album J. Lo. Both became number one in their respective categories in the same week.
