The Flash series is getting better each episode, both in story and ratings. This CW Network series, which stars Grant Gustin in the title role, is just one of many DC Comics-based shows that is dominating TV. On the same network, DC has Arrow which stars Stephen Amell. These two shows are set to do two crossover episodes. In NBC, Constantine premiers Thursday. DC Entertainment's Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns says he's happy with the warm reception that his works are getting. In an interview with Buzzfeed, he credit each show's success to the continuous collaborations between top officials of DC and the Warner Bros.

Johns surely treat the Flash series, Arrow, Constantine, other DC Comics products like his sons and daughters. However, when it comes to the question which one makes him the happiest, it is the Grant Gustin-starrer. Buzzfeed asked what show "could Geoff Johns make today that would make Geoff Johns as a child the happiest", his answer is "The Flash. It's The Flash."

"One of the things I don't think people do enough, myself included, is just stop and really be grateful and happy and live in that moment. I couldn't be more grateful to be a part of DC or be here to see it happen because Flash was my favorite character as a kid. I have every issue of his comics, I collected it, I grew up watching the first series, so to be able to be a part of watching this show form - and seeing the reaction to it - has been really, really exciting."

On the same interview, Johns teased fans of greater things to expect from the Flash series, one of which is the arrival of another villain.

"We want to inspire people with this stuff. And we want to get it out there. Like, I can't believe Gorilla Grodd's gonna be in a Flash TV show. That's insane. Like, I say it out loud and I still think it's insane. But that's what we want to do; we want to break new ground."

Gorilla Grodd is one of the primary enemies of the alter ego of Barry Allen. He is known for his psionic abilities that lets him put people under his mental control. This will surely be a great nemesis for Barry so let's just wait for more the Flash series news in the coming weeks.
