Techland is on the move as it continues the production of "Hellraid". More information on the game, story, release date and updated news will be revealed in the upcoming London Comic Con scheduled this month.
Initially, "Hellraid" was developed as a mode for Techraid's "Dead Island". Officially announced in development in 2013, with a release date sometime during the same year. However, "Hellraid" release date has been moved due to the utilization of Chrome Engine 6, Techland's latest in-house engine. The following year, the developers announced that "Hellraid" will be available to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
According to the official site Hellraid.com, upon the "Hellraid" release date, gamers will "join a group of fierce combatants to repel the demonic invasion and close the gates of Hell in the thrilling Story Mode. Master the levels, collect points, and climb up the leaderboards in the highly replayable and challenging Mission Mode, or fight for your survival against hordes of enemies in the nightmarishly hard Arena Mode. Experience this bloody adventure in both single-player and 2-4 player co-op."
Upon the "Hellraid" release date, gamers will be able to "create your character and customize it with accessories, clothes, and armor elements looted from enemies or bought from blacksmiths. Level up to unlock new abilities from a vast class-free skill tree. In Hellraid, you can create a demon slayer perfectly suited for your playstyle by combining various active and passive skills - divided into intertwined paths of combat, magic, and agility."
Gamers will experience different sorts of enemies, varying in strength and stealth. Lootable items has been reported to be almost 100, 000 for both cooperative gameplay, and hack-and-slash single player.
The hack-and-slash upcoming video game "Hellraid" with a release date of 2015 will be unveiled according to reports online, during the MCM Game Stage London Comic Con on October 25.
