The beef between Australian rapper Iggy Azalea and rapper Snoop Dogg started when the latter posted a meme on his Instagram account.
The photo was an albino African-American woman with cornrows and Snoop put a caption, saying: "Iggy Azalea No Make Up." To retaliate, Iggy posted a picture - which she deleted later on, of Snoop titled, "When your drug addict aunt gets clean". In the series of memes posted, Snoop showed pictures comparing Azalea to Marlon Wayans passing as a white girl from the film White Chicks.
The 24-year old blonde was upset and vented out on her Twitter account, directly tweeting him, Iggy wrote:
@SnoopDogg why would you post such a mean pic on insta when you send your body guards to ask me for pictures every time we are at shows together?
“My bodyguard stopped the fire truck that saved your friends like in Canada when he almost burnt down the hotel.”
She added: “And every time I’ve ever spoken to you you’ve always been nice as hell, I’m disappointed you’d be such an ass for no reason.”
According to TMZ, Iggy was “fuming” over Snoop’s Instagram post but she clarified it with a tweet last October 14, saying, "lol, I wish writers exaggerated the positive s*** going on in this world too. I’m to “fuming mad” at anyone.”
Snoop didn't stop with the slam, he posted another photo on his Instagram account with a new meme asking Iggy to 'cool out' to which the female rapper lashed out tweeting, “Glass Houses @snoopdogg I’m a “b****” because I called u out for being a secret fan? Grow up & god bless,”
Snoop could keeps calling her ‘b****’.
Unlike Iggy, the veteran rapper refuses to delete his posts and even laughs off their social media feud and Instagrams it.
“This is news to me. I wish a b*tch would !! Hahahahahahahah,” he wrote, along with a screen shot of a recent headline.
The 'Black Widow' hitmaker wrote a series of tweets last October 15:
“I’m gonna delete that because i know you got the memo and thats all i needed. don’t need it living on my page for eternity,” she tweeted “and for the record i only had an issue with the meme in the first place because he acts another way to my face, he even follows me.” She added.
