The Flash Series news and reviews you probably read over the past few days are all good in nature. That is because this fresh CW Network show, which is based on DC character of the same name, has been one of the hottest series since it debut on October 7. In fact, it broke Vampire Diaries' record in 2009 for being the most watched premier among all CW Network shows. For Grant Gustin, who plays the title role, he's thankful for the warm reception that his show receives. Two episodes into the season, he already feels overwhelmed with the TV success of Barry Allen and the rest of the gang.
On his Facebook page, the former Glee actor sent his gratitude to his followers through a Thank-You video. The Flash series star said that the appreciation of the fans is getting him pumped.
"Thank you for watching. Thank you for sharing your excitement and sending some positivity my way and to the rest of the cast. We really appreciate it; I can say personally it's getting me really pumped," Gustin said in the video.
"We're on episode ten and so it's been crazy so far and fun an exhausting and to hear everybody's loving it is very exciting. I promise it really is only getting better from here. It's getting better and better and it's bigger and bigger. Keep tuning in; you will not regret it. I'm having so much fun and I love this character so I'm just so glad you guys are liking the show. So thank you for watching and please keep watching."
The Flash series can only get better in the coming weeks. Aside from the arrival of more familiar villains, the show will also have two crossover episodes with Stephen Amell's Arrow, another critically acclaimed TV series in CW Network. The Flash series-Arrow crossover episode will see both lead superheroes share similar world, or fight the same villain, or fight with each other. There's not much detail yet on what will be the plot of the crossovers but what's sure is that they will happen on the eighth episode of both series.
