Another celebrity scandal and psychological meltdown? Andy Dick strikes again with the law!
The 48-year-old Dancing with the Stars contestant, Andy Dick, was allegedly arrested for grand theft last Friday, November 7.
According to reports by TMZ, last week, the very much troubled actor had approached an unidentified man on the street and had asked to see his necklace. When the person agreed to show him his jewelry, Dick took the necklace and just went off and rode his bike on Hollywood Boulevard.
The police did well and found the American actor near his Hollywood apartment last Friday night. The actor is said to be currently in jail on a $25,000 bail.
Dick has had several run-ins with the law and had several controversies as well as legal issues In the past.
On 1999, Dick drove his car into a utility pole in Hollywood and was charged with possession of cocaine, cannabis and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and hit-and-run driving.
On 2004, Dick was arrested for indecent exposure after the actor exposed his buttocks at McDonald's. On 2008, Dick was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery. On 2010, Dick was arrested on charges of sexual abuse after allegedly groping a bartender, and a patron.
Other than his run-ins with the law, he also had several controversies. In 2005, Dick stirred controversy in a comedy club when he exposed his genitals to the audience. He was ushered off the stage and they cancelled his second night.
On 2006, Dick caused an audience to be angry when he shouted, "You're all a bunch of n*ggers!" following an improvised set with fellow comedian Ian Bagg. He issued an apology later via his publicist.
On 2007, Dick was forcibly removed during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live after he repeatedly touched the other guest, Ivanka Trump.
